Highest Pay outs in the Industry – We pay up to 65 BASIS POINTS based on total dollars funded.  Even better, our pay outs are NOT adjusted for lien position or pricing exceptions, AND they’re all paid retroactively to dollar one!
Guarantees or Forgivable Draws – Although we don’t offer a base salary, we understand that there is a “ramp up” period.  Therefore, we provide a minimum cash flow (forgivable draw) or a fixed amount of income (guarantee) during the first 90 days of employment.  We know you have bills to pay, and we’ll make sure you can pay them!

2+ years of wholesale subprime sales experience, preferably with a strong broker following
Proven & verifiable track record of success as an Account Executive
