Responsibilities: Reviewing incoming leads as assigned within our systemObtaining information from leads as required by our systems and processesRequesting electronic credit reports from our approved vendorSubmitting borrower files to approved lendersIdentifying and resolving issues with lead and lenders to maximize the possibility of generating quotationsPreparing electronic quotations to the leadFollowing up quotationsCoordinating the handoff to our internal processing department and supporting the processor as required to close the loanContributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and processesOther duties as assigned

Mandatory Requirements: A valid Loan Originator licenseSuperb telephone skillsOne year minimum of loan officer experienceStrong organizational skills including a "do it" mentalityAn ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment

Core hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm, 5 days per week. Regular Saturday and some evening and weekend work is required but our systems are remotely accessible.
