Real Estate Manager in Training

 

Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc. is a rapidly growing, full-line sporting goods retailer operating 570+ stores in 23 states predominately in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest. We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Real Estate Manager in Training.  This position will be trained to be a Real Estate Manager who's job duties will include the following.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Locate new retail store sites

-Determine site value (rent, etc.)

-Negotiate Lease terms

-Administer Lease terms

-Evaluate store performance as it relates to markets/and or centers

-Prepares lease agreements, records rental receipts, and performs other activities necessary to efficient management of company properties

-Performs routine research on zoning ordinances and condemnation considerations

-Directs appraiser to inspect properties and land under consideration for acquisition, and recommend acquisition, lease, disposition, improvement, or other action consistent with best interest of company

-Other duties may be assigned
