Mortgage Originator

Community bank with multiple branches and an established mortgage department is seeking an experienced mortgage loan originator possessing an understanding of mortgage products and procedures (Conventional, FHA and VA Experience Required).  The candidate we are looking for will be a team player with pleasant outlook, be open-minded and flexible, proficient with software and computers and in the interpretation of credit reports.  The ideal candidate should possess an existing referral base from which to generate loans or the ability to quickly develop such a base through an outside call program where our emphasis is on customer service, repeat business and referral business rather than one time sales.
