Moneytree, Inc., a successful and rapidly growing financial service organization is seeking a professional, experienced Mortgage Loan Officer.  Qualifications include:



Experience in originating 1-4 family residential mortgage loans



Minimum 3 yrs total origination experience with 1 year originating sub-prime & government mortgages



Knowledgeable in sub-prime; conventional, & government financing options



Working knowledge of Down Payment Assistance & 1st time homebuyer programs



Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
