Mortgage Central is looking for experienced, as well as non-experienced Mortgage Consultants / Loan Officers to join our small band of experts.

Our commission splits are based on the FULL broker check. We'll even show you the real check. You get to pick any rate(s) you wish. You can charge whatever you want (up to Sec. 32). We have no "desk fee" or maintenance dues. There is no cold calls or ridiculous loan app quotas.

Work from home....make your own hours. Work 9 to 5...Work noon until 3... It is all up to you...as long as you "work" and close loans for yourself. This is a great opportunity to truly "DO IT YOURSELF."

Mortgage Central is a small mortgage broker with 10 years of experience and a 97% funding ratio. We don't push Option ARM's or 2/28 ARM's. What we push is loan eductaion. An educated borrower is a happy borrower...and we've leaned that "Happy borrowers bring happy referrals!!"

We provide great leads from our direct website, as well as from a couple of other sources. Although, web leads are never as good or plentiful as referrals! For the month of August, our consultants averaged $6,988 in gross paychecks. We will teach you the true technique of how mortgages work. We are DU, LP, CLOUT and ASSETWISE experts. Sorry, though....NO FHA! Purchases, refi's, seconds.....We do it all!!! Receive rate sheets directly from the lenders we work with. We have everything from NO minimum credit score Fannie Mae "A paper" to 100% NO DOC's!!!! Sub-prime to perfect credit.  If you have not been taught on how to read rates or guidelines....we'll teach you.
This is a Straight commission position with NO base or hourly pay...as well as No paid training. Our belief is that..."If You EARN IT....you receive it!!!"Up to 80% commission splits of the FULL BROKER CHECK.  Not 80% of 50% of the first 25% of the broker check.  Splits percentages depend on experience.No desk fee or monthly dues.Should have an Outgoing Personality, and be able to exercise good judgementShould be able to make simple decisionsShould have Great Communication and Listening skillsShould be a person of IntegrityCriminal Background Check is requiredMortgage experience, or a basic understanding of the "Financial" world is a plus.... But we will gladly train the right Candidates!!!
