LOAN OFFICER

We are currently seeking experienced Loan Officers for the market area of  Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Rincon, Statesboro and Hinesville.

 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

 

• Originate FHA/VA,Construction, and/or Conventional loans while providing exceptional customer service to Realtors, Builders, and Home Buyers

• Possess a working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry

• Be familiar with underwriting guidelines

 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Minimum of two years mortgage loan officer experience, or demonstrated sales/marketing skills in another industry with potential to transfer those skills into mortgage origination

• The ability to work independently and a willingness to travel

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Computer Literate
