Primary Job Functions include:

 - Consulting with individual borrowers

 - Submit complete and accurate loan applications

 - Focus on providing the best total solution for each home buyers individual financial needs

 - Reinforce the Quadrant Home purchase with every buyer

 -  Work well within high performing teams

 - Stay at the forefront of techniques, specifically loan programs and products

  - Exemplifies a competitive and healthy sales culture within the branch and in the field

 

Quadrant Home Loans has the unique advantage being the only preferred lender with Washington states number one home builder, Quadrant Homes. 

 

This position is based out of Lacy, Washington but will require travel within a 50 mile radius.  Position is all commission but does include a competitive benefits package and 401K matching.
