Entry Level Processor (Loan Coordinator)

As a result of our continuing growth, we are currently seeking entry-level Loan Processors (Loan Coordinator) in the Phoenix, AZ (Ahwatukee) area.

Responsibilities:

Prepare the initial Full Package for underwriting: Complete data entry, stack file, order credit report, and perform cursory review of appraisal. Verify compliance with Equifirst guidelines, ensure quality and accuracy of documents received and data entered.

• Enter loan files into system.
• Be able to produce 10 files a day, volume permitting.
• Maintain department turn-time standard
• Work with supervisor to determine changes in EquiFirst’s programs, practices and procedures and adapt these changes into the daily workflow.
• Incorporate past and present known applications into the daily workflow to improve, develop and obtain company and personal goals.
• Incorporate a customer friendly atmosphere for both internal and external customers and employees.
• Maintain sense of urgency in daily production
• Be willing to assist other team members when needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic computer skills, prefer working knowledge of MS Windows
• Exceptional customer service, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Operations Managers, Group Leaders, clients, customers and general public
• Ability to work in a team environment, and work overtime if needed
