Mortgage Link L.L.C. is an Arizona-based mortgage broker that specializes in sub-prime 1st mortgages as well as high CLTV 2nd mortgages and HELOC’s. We also have a full line of conforming and A paper products for the customers that qualify.  We are currently expanding our footprint in the Phoenix marketplace.  We have an opportunity for a few good people that want to learn a new business and have the potential to make a strong six-figure income.  You’ll get training from a 13-year seasoned mortgage veteran that will show you how to take the mortgage business by storm and make lots of money doing so.

Job Description

 

You will:

 

- Solicit business from borrowers by phone, e-mail, and direct mail.

- Qualify borrowers based on their credit scores and income info.

- Meet with borrowers to discuss loan options and to get them happily involved with one of our loan products.

- Gather documents and work with our processing team to turn your file into a funding as soon as possible.

- Provide an incredible customer experience so you can count on referrals after the loan funds.

- Work with a team that is motivated by money and success.

- Service your customer after the sale for future business and referrals.

- Solicit 3rd-party sources of business to increase your revenue and build long-term relationships.

 

Qualifications

 

Our ideal candidates will have the following:

 

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

- Basic computer skills

- Self-motivated and hardworking

- Integrity & Character

- Previous sales experience is a plus but not necessary

- Is competitive and likes being #1
