Assistant Property Manager

Currently, we have an immediate opening for an Assistant Property Manager at our Fort Rucker, AL location. 

 

The Assistant Neighborhood Manager is responsible for supporting management in the day-to-day operations and fiscal management of their neighborhood.  This position is accountable for the supervision of neighborhood staff including training and development, creating and maintaining strong resident and family relations, budgeting, and adherence to all required government and military regulations.  Additional duties include maximizing rental revenue, supervising the turnover process of units to minimize downtime, visual inspections of the neighborhood and maintenance of corporate standards.

 

 

The successful applicant will have;
A strong customer service background, preferably in real estate, property management, sales, hospitality or related field
A minimum of 2+ year’s on-site property management experience of at least 150 units.
A Bachelors Degree in business or real estate is strongly preferred
Competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and Yardi
The ability to work some weekends and holidays
Excellent communication skills
