Assistant Community Manager

MAXX Properties is a 70 year-old, family owned and family-oriented business, with properties in eight states across the country. We are known to manage the “best buildings on the block” and we are looking for a dynamic person who can grow with us.

 

 

Duties include:Assist in marketing the apartment community and generating trafficAnswer incoming phone calls, emails, etc.Schedule leasing appointmentsPresent the available rental units through personal toursPrepare spreadsheets and other reports for the manager as needed

 

Requirements:Experience leasing apartment homesExperience with Word and ExcelStrong communication and follow-up skillsEnthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task
