Sr. Principal Supply ChainSpec

MPM for the MP-RTIP Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage the front end requirements including coordination of sourcing, build, and cost management; leadership of a team composed of Production Control, Buyers and Ops Finance personnel. Drive an increase in use of preferred suppliers, supply base management, management of material budgets, prepare Gate packages and attend Gate reviews. Participate in developing EAC/ EVMS packages and attend EAC/EVMS reviews. Develop and execute proposals and Material Program Plans. Instrumental in problem solving and supplier strategies. Preparation and presentation of program status and risk to internal and external customers. Participate in cost reduction initiatives including the leveraging of material requirements with IAS and across SAS.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 8 years experience or related experience in Supply Chain Management. Experience working with buyers and finance personnel in a leadership role. Past experience working with IPTs during development and early production programs.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Raytheon Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and procedures. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of SAP, Experience with EACs and Earned Value Management. Strong problem solving skills. Experience developing and maintaining a Material Program Plans.

Required Education (including Major): Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or equivalent experience.
