The Digitization Project Leader manages a variety of sourcing digitization efforts. This position serves as the intermediary between sourcing functional and various technical teams to develop and implement digitization projects. This position also manages on-going support for existing applications. The ideal candidate will use six sigma rigor to ensure projects are managed timely, effectively, and within budget.

Develop and analyze business requirements; work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Lead a variety of sourcing related digitization projects from start to finish. Steps may include but are not limited to, process mapping, testing, development of documentation and training
Support SAP EBP / SRM implementation as required

Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
2 years project management experience
Proficient in HTML, Access, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with website development, and database management
Working knowledge of strategic sourcing principles and best practices
Bachelors degree

Desired:
Working knowledge of SAP, and six sigma certification a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills-ability to communicate complex issues in simplistic terms
Effective integrator, collaborator and promoter. Ability to influence cross functional team members toward optimal outcomes
Project management experience with procurement systems related projects
Strong project management skills and follow-through
Highly analytical-able to analyze complex data
Skills and flexibility to assume a variety of categories as may be required
