As the Purchasing/Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will be directly responsible for all purchasing for the corporation, manage inventory, and maintain, create & negotiate with vendors regarding all materials, supplies, equipment and services used by HemaCare Corporation.  This includes but is not limited to the following:

 

Responsibilities:

 

Managing the PO process by tracking requests, orders and receiving of goods.

Establishing purchasing policies and ensuring compliance.

Monitors the flow and storage of materials.

Works closely with the Finance Department to ensure adherence to budget.

Coordinates with all departments regarding current and forecasted needs.

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum 5 yrs of purchasing experience.

Minimum 2 of management responsibility.

Possess the ability to effectively manage & lead a team.

Possess excellent organizational skills.

Bio-Tech or healthcare background a plus
