Logistics Coordinator to $45k+ - 8

Job Description: Logistics / Shipping Export Coordinator
2 yrs minimum experience of freight forwarding.
Needs to be very proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Will be responsible for Air/ Ocean Export, bill of lading
document processing, Conversational Chinese a must!
AES filing with customers. Peachtree a plus
will schedule bookings, will coordinate traffic with domestic vendors, bill of ladings to shipping carriers, receive packing leases from vendors and update invoices in Excel every other day. some accounting preferred! need to be familiar with import/ export.
Media and Dental,
weeks vacation after 6 months of employment. 6 sick days after 6 months of employment. profit sharing 7%- 12% defendant on salary. mid year/ end year bonus'

Will work 8:30- 5:30, company offers 401K Holiday bonuses. Small office of 5.
