Invoice and Purchasing Agent

  Spherion, one of the nation’s largest and leading staffing firms, is seeking Purchasing and Billing Clerks.

 

Candidate must have solid interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft applications.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

 

Typical duties include:
Matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers
Performing data entry
Assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Must have 1 year experience dealing with Purchase orders and Invoices
Advance Microsoft Excel is a MUST!
