Print Production Specialist

The Production Specialist works on a diverse array of print and electronic projects involving two-color, four-color and single-sheet financial forms and applications. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining critical production schedules using electronic tools, negotiating successfully with vendors, attending press checks and overseeing quality control. Additional responsibilities include coordinating design and copy editing services and monitoring production and inventory for ongoing projects.

Qualifications
Hiring criteria:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of client-side print production and trafficking experience
- Experience with variable data printing (VDP) and print-on-demand technology helpful
- Proven ability to create a comprehensive and complex production schedule and track multiple simultaneous projects through to completion
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities and coordinate team workflow in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills as well as an eye for detail
- Proficiency with FileMaker Pro, MS Word and MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree and financial services industry knowledge preferred
