Flexo Ink Technician

 

Job Purpose:

 Develop and implement Ink Center / Control System

·  Develop / Designs Ink Center Processes

·  Formulate and produce Ink for Printing Presses

·  Maintains historical records by filing and following established Procedures

·  Maintain Ink room Equipment & Inventory

·  Taking ownership for Ink Center development and Quality

 

The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 4:30 pm

·  Overtime required as needed to maintain production Schedule

 

Candidate must have the following:

 

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced 

multi-tasked environment

• Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook a plus

• Ability to learn and master Ink formulation with computer applications  

• Flexibility to react to change in a productive environment

• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed

• 4 years plus experience in Ink Matching / Formulation required.
