944 Magazine – A fashion, entertainment and lifestyle glossy with publications in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego and Phoenix currently seeks a Distribution Representative in our Las Angeles Office to provide excellent customer service and maintain client subscription levels. Will be responsible for maintaining client subscription points and negotiating new points.

 

Responsibilities:

 Manage subscription database for local customers Manage distribution databaseWork with local sales team to seek out new distribution locations and negotiate new distribution dealsManage all distribution locationsEstablish and maintain relationships with local businesses that align with 944’s demographic for distribution outletsAssist Distribution Director with Verified Audit-Assist Circulation, pride quarterly audit reports and all necessary documentationFrequently audit of local distribution points to survey flow of publication in each rack location and placement.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Resident of Los Angeles preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Internet

Must be able to read and write in English

Must be thoroughly organized and detail oriented

Able to multitask and meet deadlines

Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of insurance and driver’s license

Able to lift 40+ pounds frequently

Able to work flexible hours
