Direct Mail Production Coordinator

Extensive knowledge of all production processes related to mailing activities, database management, equipment, materials, products and personnel. Minimum 5 years experience. Duties include:
• Checks all incoming jobs to be processed to determine that all information and material is available for processing.
• Directly routes all inbound and outbound jobs to ensure instructions are carried out in a timely fashion.
• Requisitions supplies for department and assists in maintaining mailing records.
• Checks postal regulations frequently to keep informed of current regulations and changes as they occur.
• Reports jobs completed and status of in-process work to client.
• Ensures that all records and reports regarding department activity are prepared on a timely basis and effectively maintained.
• Performs other duties as requested.
