Circulation Coordinator

Miller Publishing LLC., is seeking a Circulation Coordinator for its office based in Los Angeles. 

 

The duties of the Circulation Coordinator will includeAssist with developing, implementing, and analyzing subscription promotions.    Work closely with our vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and cost effective service.  Interface directly with the fulfillment house to ensure proper execution of subscription promotions.  Update department reports on a regular basis. 

 

The requirements for this position include:Must be a detail and process-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be highly organized.  Must have basic analytical skills and be very comfortable working with numbers.  Must have strong MS Excel and Word Skills.  Must be able to work on multiple projects at once.  2+ years of consumer magazine circulation experience preferred with an emphasis on fulfillment, print orders, and P/L’s.  Prior experience working with Communications Data Services (CDS) fulfillment house a plus.
