Circulation Assistant - Malibu, CA

CurtCo Media is a leader in the publishing industry with a portfolio of well

know titles on the luxury lifestyle including Robb Report. We have an

exceptional opportunity in Malibu, CA for a Circulation Assistant. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate will work with marketing to manage trade show copies –

quantities to be ordered, shipping details and tracking delivery of copies.

They will handle all in-house customer service requests and back issue

orders. The candidate will also be responsible for managing all magazine

inventory quantities at our printer Quad Graphics. Included is data entry of

subscription orders for small new launches.  Once the list exceeds 3,000

names, we will out source to a fulfillment house. Printing out of monthly

4/C newsstand sales report produced by newsstand director is also required.

Candidate will also cconvert pertinent circulation reports to pdf format and

post on server for SVP Circ to upload to due diligence room on a quarterly

basis.

 

Qualifications:

Candidate must have a college degree. Relevant experience will include working in an office environment, good communication, detail-oriented, and organized. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, is a must.
