Senior Program Development Manager
Creative Channel Services (CCS), an integrated retail marketing services agency focused on helping manufacturers and retailers improve sales performance by creating influence at the point of sale, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative. SENIOR PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
As a Senior Program Development Manager you will play a vital role in leading the definition, development and deployment of solutions for CCS’s clients, which are industry-leading consumer electronics vendors and retailers. This position serves as the hub for client solution design and project management. Working in a team environment, you will transform clients’ business requirements into well-defined projects that provide creative, effective solutions.
You will successfully – and simultaneously – manage multiple projects using industry-standard project management techniques to ensure successful, high-quality and timely deliveries. Throughout the project life cycle, you will prepare reports and presentations for management, clients and other stakeholders to demonstrate program performance and effectiveness. After launch, you will address clients’ ongoing needs, ensuring that their programs continue to grow and attain success. This role includes significant client interface responsibilities.
This position is also responsible for helping drive internal company initiatives, such as process improvement and human capital development.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
§ 5+ years project management experience in Web/marketing/field projects.
§ Strong talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively
§ Proven track record for implementing innovative solutions to complex problems; ability to be both strategically and tactically effective.
§ Working knowledge of a project management lifecycle methodology
§ Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
§ Sufficient familiarity with web-development tools to communicate well both with programmers and clients.
§ Strong understanding of the U.S. retail market is desired, especially within Consumer Electronics
§ Excellent problem-solving skills with proven ability to inspire others to find creative solutions to challenging situations
§ Experience in P&L costing and forecasting
§ Highly organized; attentive to details
§ Excellent written and oral communication skills
§ Able to identify and assess clients’ needs, and to craft compelling solutions
§ Self-directed, yet strong team player
§ Minimal travel may be required.
