Senior Planning Coordinator
Senior Planning Coordinator, Carondelet Health Network, Tucson, AZ
The Senior Planning Coordinator has responsibility for health care strategic planning, quantitative analysis, marketing research, financial management and business planning. Reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning. Works directly with the Carondelet Health Network senior leadership team, and service line directors to develop, implement and update all strategic plans, business plans, and service line growth plans. The Coordinator is also responsible for tracking regional and national trends, competitive markets, and the broader healthcare environment to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
Minimum requirement is a Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field with a minimum of five years of strategic planning, operational or financial experience in the healthcare industry. MBA, MPH, MHA or MPA degrees preferred. A superior knowledge of project management, databases, spreadsheet, and presentation software is required. Strong working knowledge of hospital, system, and/or medical group operations including benchmarking, competitive and third-party payers issues.
