Hours: 40 + week

-Overtime can be expected with this position, can be as much as 10 hours per week depending on project load.

General Position Description:

Manage all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research projects including but not limited to production in field and overall profit margin. Act as liaison between client and various departments within SA. Coordinate all components of the study from the beginning to the end.  Management of multiple studies in a fast-paced environment. Also oversee call center employees and the recruiting process.

 

Responsibilities Include:Review questionnaires/screeners Coordinate fielding of projects Confirm project parameters, specifications, dates, etc Brief supervisors and other necessary personnel on aspects of study Train and assist in management of recruiting staff Monitor project productivity/progress and report to clients Monitor study for problems and make recommendations to ensure client receives quality data and company operates project within original or revised budget parameters Maintain constant communication with client and all relevant internal departments regarding changes in study Overall, act as a daily liaison between client and company ensuring projects are managed properly/timely/within budget

 

Work Experience Requirements:

· Prefer some market research and/or solid project management skill set

· Ability to multi-task is essential

· Working knowledge of Internet

· Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

· Detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task

· Service oriented

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential

· Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

· Strong logic skills with ability to interpret a variety of data

 

Education Requirements:

·  College degree preferred

·  Some college acceptable, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary: Based on experience $30-$40k annual + competitive bonus program based on department revenue and goals.
