We are opening a brand new facility in Cypress, CA and are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee the new recruitment process and manage other short- and long-term projects. The job features a chance to advance your career with a Fortune 100 Company while identifying new process improvements and focusing on Six Sigma initiatives. One of the primary functions of this position will be to maintain process consistency between this and other facilities.


 


Key responsibilities include:



Managing the entire new recruitment process, building the facility to over 300 employees


Setting the standards to which other facilities will have to conform, and working with them to achieve such consistency


Overseeing numerous ongoing Six Sigma and performance projects


Identifying less efficient processes and initiating improvements

Acting as point of contact for escalated customer and order issues



Significant project management and healthcare industry experience are required for this position. Knowledge or experience in pharmacy laws and practice is essential, and licensed Pharmacists are preferred. Strong computer skills are necessary. Six Sigma training is also preferred, and Green or Black Belt certification is a plus. Call Center experience would also be beneficial. If you meet these criteria, and you are a well-rounded individual who is good at taking initiative, you could be an excellent candidate for this exciting new position.
