Project Manager / Client Coordinator

Sellers Feinberg is seeking an individual who wants to work in an exciting and dynamic environment to fill the role of Client Coordinator.

 

The Client Coordinator will be responsible for managing assigned engagements to ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines.  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

·  Function as the point person for client engagements;

 

·  Work with the Practice Leader to determine project requirements, deliverables, timelines, etc.;

 

·  Analyze short- and long-term resource needs and suggest staffing and resources adjustments;

 

·  Ensure client deliverables are met within expected timelines and provided with an exceptional level of quality and responsiveness to the client;

 

·  Responsible for coordination and delivery of all documents, reports and presentations related to client engagement;

 

·  Attend all required meetings and conference calls for assigned client engagements.  These meeting may require the Client Coordinator to facilitate, record, direct or act as a general team member;

 

·  Oversee and maintain positive working relationship with all parties within client engagement and facilitate any necessary changes or modifications to ensure continued client satisfaction;

 

·  Develop processes necessary for the planning, tracking and execution of assigned engagements;

 

·  Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contract and budgets;

 

·  Arrange, manage and maintain relevant outsourcing relationships;

 

·  Recommend new business opportunities, new systems and processes, and improvements in operations including extension or expansion of existing client engagements;

 

·  Ensure effective communication with internal parties related to engagements in an effort to provide seamless customer service;

 

·  Travel, as needed, to manage assigned projects;

 

·  Maintain records of expenses and all work hours;

 

·  The responsibilities of a Client Coordinator will continue to grow as the need arises.  The employee must accept any new tasks and duties in an effort to support the Firm and its objectives.

 

 

The ideal candidate will posses:

 

Bachelor’s degree

 

Two years project management experience

 

Consulting experience preferred

 

Mastery of Microsoft Office

 

Ability to communicate clearly and precisely both orally and in writing

 

Ability to define and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standards exist

 

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing agendas

 

Travel required
