Key Responsibilities

 Staffing Rationalization & Reporting to plan, including hourly bill rate metrics, utilization metrics and margin metrics Reporting and Administering the development of our People and their skills to continually match market demands through resource skills database management and development of a structured training curriculum at tenure intervals Develop Best Practices through knowledge database, tips and techniques and documentation of methodology Establish common practices of how we operate our business to ensure a cohesive environment for our people and image to our customers Establish Pipeline Reporting of opportunities in connection with Sr. Director Solutions Delivery to estimate potential near term staffing requirements and Revenue/Margin estimates Proactively working closed accounts to clear backlog of service requirements, coupled with post execution account survey to measure results and client satisfaction Customer/Partner Support:

o  Manage customer deployment projects

o  Schedule project resources

o  Project deliverables/closure

o  Manage Partner programs/projects (BEA, Axway)Sales Support

o  Provide proposal input and review

o  Provide Sales support materials

Qualifications

 Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Finance OR equivalent industry experience (Pharma, B2B, SupplyChain/Warehouse Management technology knowledge a plus).4-6 years project management experience 4-6 years of related business experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Excellent organization skills, ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Fluent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project and database software tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
