Manages people for product development programs or projects Involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system through the design process, and into a finished stats for external customers Plans and deeds resource schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organizes Interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assigns and monitors work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. This position is most common in a matrix type of organization, where the position does not have responsibility over product development but does have overall product/program/project management responsibility. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Bachelors Degree in Operations/Business/Engineering/Software disciplines. 2 to 5 years related experience. The successful candidate will have a strong capability in development and execution of business strategies. The candidate should also have strong communication, presentation, financial analysis, contract analysis, negotiating, and leadership skills, as well as solid computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Project.
