Information Lifecycle Manager

Continental DataGraphics, a Boeing Company, is an innovative information services company that provides authoring, data conversion, imaging and Internet delivery of technical authoring/illustrating information for several industries.

 

We are seeking to hire an Information Lifecycle Manager based out of our Cypress, CA office to manage our records and documents.  Individual will lead and maintain a comprehensive, cost effective, information lifecycle management program ensuring that CDG is legally and financially sound in its information handling processes.  Will recommend and assist in implementing revisions to information handling policies and prepare reports, guidelines and training/procedures manuals.

 

Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in records management, enterprise content management, or related field.  Individual must have a strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements for records and information systems and processes.  Must be able to conduct business process and information workflow analyses and possess strong quantitative and analytical skills.  Training experience, experience developing workshops and instructional Web sites, highly desirable.  BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
