Business Process Analyst

Business Process Analyst in our Phoenix location.  In this position, you will address process improvement, as well as analyze data and create executive summaries which detail your information. This is a challenging and highly visible role that offers lots of variety and an exciting working environment.  Our ideal candidate will have experience in process-improvement and/or project environments, be eager and willing to learn new processes and function successfully both independently and as an integral part of a team environment.

 

Your Primary Responsibilities include: 

 
Analyzing business requirements and model processes as well as data/system requirements
Developing and implementing new business processes/strategies
Leading projects and sub-projects
Troubleshooting JD Edwards support issues and implementing appropriate technical solutions
Training and assisting users in the application, maintenance, troubleshooting and development of the distribution processes
Problem analysis and resolution

 

Qualifications:

 
Bachelors Degree (Preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Accounting) or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years progressive work experience within a manufacturing/distribution environment with specific focus/experience in analysis, design, development and problem solving.
Effective time management skills.
Understanding and experience with either Lean or Six Sigma;PMP methodologies desired.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with JDEdwards required.
