Position Overview:

One would be responsible and accountable for ensuring that architecture, technical designs, and overall technical solutions developed by EDS are sound and meet the client's business and technical requirements, corporate strategies, standards, and policies.  Provides input and direction to client's architecture, framework, tools, and standards to increase productivity and maintain service excellence.  Works with the portfolio service line leaders to develop and steward all technical solutions supporting the 'go to market' offerings for an enterprise Client.  Champions the internal, client facing, innovation programs with EDS and its alliance ecosystem. Acts as the advocate and evangelist of the EDS technology strategy and architecture to the client, account, delivery and alliance, communities working within the Enterprise Client organisation.

 

Primary Role:Provide Governance on IT projects and services for client.  Serve as a single point of IT industry knowledge and EDS IT point of view to existing and/or potential enterprise clients.Plan, coordinate, and execute technology programs to support ongoing client business and future business growth.Maintain relationships with key clients in technical direction setting and delivery roles.  Provide a 'technical voice of the customer' to EDS service Line teams.Validate EDs Portfolio solutions against client needs.Champion technology and innovation for the client.Travel to visit client.

 

Qualifications:Architecture Managing Consultant experience required.Experience supporting Client to Contract in Technical Solution Reviews.Experience selecting and managing alliance partners to deliver client projects and services.Experience maintaining relationships with key clients in technical direction setting and delivery roles.Overall

Person will mostly work out of home in Glendale, AZ with visits to San Francisco client as needed.
