Product Manager (Web Based Programs)

In the role of Product Manager you will be responsible for understanding, analyzing and specifying the needs of product stakeholders, (health plans, employers and members) and designing a product to fulfill those needs.  The Product Manager will apply communication, organization and problem solving skills to develop a comprehensive offering and ensure that product deliverables are met.

 

The perfect candidate will possess:

 Demonstrated success developing and/or managing products for a web service-based company (5+ years)Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams (5+ years)Previous experience in managing budgets and/or product  P&Ls (5+ years)BA in Marketing, Business, Economics, Health or related fieldGraduate degree strongly preferredKnowledge of prevention and health care industries a strong plusHealth plan experience is highly desirableWeb product experience requiredExcellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional planning and project management skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMotivated; independent; able to work under pressure to meet deadlinesKnowledge of market research practicesAbility to interact with many audiences – clients, operations, sales, marketing, IT and senior managementExcellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office productsExperience managing cross-functional work groupsExcellent oral and written communication skills
