Position Description:

Responsible for all activities involved in performing DrillStore operations at a branch.

1. Prepare work schedules, assign duties including sales direction, warehousing, shipping, receiving, local deliveries and other day to day duties as required.

2. Audits accounts and records to ensure compliance with local and corporate policies.

3. Compiles recurring and special reporting on Branch operations. Interviews, selects and hires new employees.

4. Conducts staff meetings and manages issues related to Branch operations, Sales and customer relationships.

5. Manages local sales functions including analyzing data, providing guidance to sales team, promoting items, customer visits and management of meeting sales goals and objectives.

6. Manages branch budget, manages Branch inventory and reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, volumes, pricing, discounting and developing sales campaigns.




Position Requirements:

Job Specifications:
• Minimum 5 years of industry related experience in a sales and business operation with P/L responsibilities.
• Bachelors Degree in Business or related field is preferred
• Branch Manager requires a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
