Splash Spa is a fast-paced, upscale spa located in The Sports Club/LA-New York on the Upper East Side. We are looking for a bright, sales savvy, enthusiastic
Spa Coordinator to help complete our dynamic team.

The Spa Cooridnator is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer serivce and maximizing the sales of all services in a positive and motivational way. In addition, the Spa Coordinator is responsible for the training and supervision of all Spa Reception staff.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of spa reception staff.
* Maintain a working knowledge of all services and products offered by the spa.
* Schedule spa services on a computerized spa system, according to Standard Operating Procedures.
* Work with guests to custom-design spa packages.
* Answer phones in a timely and courteous manner.
* Promote the sales of additional spa services in a positive and motivational way.
* Liaison with Spa Manager, Retail Coordinator, and Club Managers to ensure proper staffing levels.
* Provide weekly reception desk coverage.
* Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member service while maintaining an enthusiastic and helpful attitude.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Scheduling and reception experience in a spa.
* Exceptional communication and people skills.
* Working knowledge and/or ability to learn spa software program.
* Efficiency with point of sale system.
* Ability to manage cash, according to procedures.
* Willingness to participate as a team member.
* Attentiveness to detail.
* Flexibility and a positive attitude.
