Salon/Spa Manager & Sales Staff, Retail Sales

Energy Sun & Spa, a new and upcoming Salon & Spa Concept which opened its prototype facility one year ago in Boca Raton Florida, is looking for enthusiastic highly motivated persons to work as a Salon & Spa Manager or Sales Assistant. We have joined forces with an international brand health club and are located within their high traffic facilities.

 

Prior Tanning Salon/Spa or Retail experience is required. Individual hired for Manager position would be hired as a Manager Trainee at our prototype location with opportunity to manage our future second location which is currently in planning stages. Management candidates must have prior proven track record as manager or assistant manager. Candidates must be customer service oriented, responsible, energetic, computer literate and work well in high paced environment. This is a prime opportunity to start on the ground floor and grow into an upper management position as we grow to be a national multi-unit organization.

 

Our prototype location offers the following services: High End Indoor Tanning, Conventional and Equipment based Massage & Skincare, Body Treatments, Apparel Sales, Health & Beauty Product Sales Custom Gift sales, Jewelry and Specialty Coffee/Tea Drink Bar. Our future locations will additionally include Hair and Nail services. Our primary focus is with the use of high technology equipment based services.

 

Salon/Spa Manager position includes the following responsibilities:

-Managing staff, insuring all personnel policies and procedures are being enforced

-Training and enforcing Facility Operations as outlined in our Operations Manual

-Setting sales goals

-Software management

-Customer satisfaction

-Employee scheduling

-Filling payroll reports with corporate office

-Inventory control

-Accuracy of transactions

-Employee discipline

-Regulate and schedule equipment maintenance

-Employee training

-Assist with development and implementation of new services

-Run employee meeting

-Assist with planning and implementing Marketing Strategies

 

Sales Assistant will be responsible for:

-Assisting Manager in most the above

-Meet or beat sales quotas

-Ensures clean and orderly environment in the facility for customers

-Ability to work with internal staff and external guests, some of whom require high levels

 of patience, tactfulness and diplomacy.

-Ability to communicate well with others

- Ability to smile most the time

-Ability to have fun and enjoy working in a “look good, feel good” atmosphere
