- Training, developing and managing Route Sales Representatives
- Establishing strategic goals and methods to achieve them
- Monitoring proper installation of new accounts and retention of existing accounts
- Ensuring that your team always provide superior customer service

Qualifications for Route Manager:
- Business-to-business sales or customer service experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Proven problem-solving and team-building skills
- Enthusiasm, energy and the ability to transfer that passion to your team
- Familiarity with the uniform industry a definite plus
