At PetSmart, you will work in a fun and modern environment and have a steady supply of potential new customers as thousands of dogs visit our stores every week.

 

We’re currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team environment, able to work flexible hours, have strong retail experience, and strive to delight our customers.

 

Professional Bathers will:

 

ö  Bathe, brush and dry dogs that are not getting a full service groom.

ö  Ensure that all Grooming Salon safety standards are followed and maintain the salon appearance by cleaning during down times.

ö  Clean ears, clip nails, and perform other needed services.

ö  Provide exceptional customer service to pets and their pet parents. Help each pet parent identify their pet's individual needs and provide them with a solution.

ö  Answer phones to book appointment and check-in dogs.

 

Qualifications:

We offer great training so, no experience is necessary to become a Professional Bather. There is an opportunity for successful bathers to train to become a pet stylist through our Grooming Academies. As well, you must be able to work flexible hours (including evenings, week-ends and some holidays). And of course, you must love animals!
