Position Overview: Part Time Business Center Associate

·Responsible for responding to all guest requests, whether it is word processing or providing directions, while maintaining a clean, organized office.
·Quotes equipment rentals and will set up and support equipment, as needed.
·Performs invoicing for clients, using the company billing system. Ay need to handle basic cash or credit card transactions.
·Responsible for inventory and keeping equipment maintained.

Qualifications:

·Must have a minimum of High School graduate/GED, some college preferred.
·Excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well with people and help others. Along with flexibility to handle changing customer needs.
·Microsoft Office experience required.
·Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required, as well as basic math skills.
