Nutrition and Exercise Manager for Women's Weight Loss Center

Inches A-Weighis one of the fastest growing women’s weight loss center concepts in America.  We are seeking an energetic, people- and goal-oriented nutrition and fitness professional to be our Lifestyle Manager at our new location in Crystal Lake, Illinois. 

 

Job Purpose:

Helps clients lose weight by implementing and monitoring established weight-loss programs.



Duties:

* Establishes and maintains client data base by weighing and measuring client; determining weight development history, eating habits, and medical restrictions.

* Develops and implements weight-loss programs by blending client's goals and restrictions with established dietary programs and positive reinforcement procedures.


* Educates clients on nutritional food selections, value of protein and vitamin supplementation, diet management, matching exercise levels to individual client physical condition.


* Provides information by explaining programs and procedures for desired weight loss; answering questions; delivers weekly lifestyle lessons.

* Oversees client's progress by reviewing eating habits and weight-loss statistics.


* Encourages clients by promoting goals; reinforcing positive results; offering comfort at setbacks.



* Identifies client service requirements by establishing personal contact and rapport with potential and actual clients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.



* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.



* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.



Skills/Qualifications:

Excellent Listening and dietary analytical skills, Excellent Verbal Communication skills, Ability and desire to deliver established Client Services, In depth knowledge of Nutrition, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Performance Management, Training Management, Motivating Others, Building Client Relationships with proven retention abilities through client results attainment.
