NANNY/HOUSEKEEPER-LIVE OUT

Hi! I’m Linnae. I’m a (sometimes) overwhelmed single mom :-) to a spunky 4-year-old son and a vivacious 5-1/2-year-old daughter. I’m the sole provider and caretaker for my small family. I support us by working from home managing rental properties. I also take care of other business affairs and investments. I help to care for an elder relative once or twice a week….. so another words, I’m a busy woman! And I’d like some help! Please! We’re searching for a non-smoking woman who would like to be our nanny/housekeeper!.

 

My beautiful, healthy children and I moved from Tampa to a city just outside of Asheville, NC this past March. We love it here! The weather is awesome. This time of year we would be downright miserable in Florida! We spend a lot time outdoors now and love the mountains that surround this awesome city!

 



I’m looking for a nanny to help out about 22-25 hours a week. I'm looking for someone to work Monday -Thursday from 3:30 - 7:30 pm. During this time, you would clean house, laundry, prepare kid's lunchboxes, supervise and play with the kids, help with bath and bed time. I would be home during this time. I'm just looking for some assitance. Last, you would babysit (on your own) Saturdays from 3:30-10:00pm(ish).

 

The perfect nanny for us would be a mature, non-smoker who has a cheerful, outgoing disposition with a positive attitude. She would be easygoing yet not afraid to speak her mind. She would be playful, creative and use positive discipline techniques with my children. She will have done housecleaning as a profession and will not mind cleaning someone else's home.

 

I live on the border of W. Asheville and Candler, near the Enka/Candler library and A-B Tech (Enka campus). You will need your own transportation.
