We are a national and FUN apartment community management firm seeking an energetic, trustworthy, and friendly GROUNDSKEEPER to join the team at our apartment community in the Denver area.

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensures all common areas are presentable: clean and trash free.  Maintain grounds using power equipment: including mowing, edging, cutting and trimming/pruning. Planting trees, shrubs, ground covers and turf ensuring proper soil preparation, fertilization and irrigation. Assists in installation and repairs of irrigation system. Assists maintenance technicians inside the properties, during inclement weather. Paint curbs when necessary. Adheres to specific safety guidelines as set by OSHA and attends monthly Safety meetings. Monitors and complies with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances. Completes all other projects or requests as directed by Supervisor.

 

 SKILLS AND ABILITIES:1+ yr previous experience as groundskeeper or maintenance tech.Previous experience and ability to use power tools, including but not limited to lawn mower, power trimmers, and edgers.
