Executive Director

IntegraCare, manager of Assisted and Independent Living Communities, is looking for an Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for directing and overseeing all day-to-day functions of the residence in accordance with DPW regulations, state and local ordnances and company policies and procedures. Position requires a commitment to the highest degree of quality care, marketing savvy and a genuine care for the well being of residents and staff.

 

Qualified candidates: must be licensed as Personal Care Home Administrator in PA (Nursing Home Administrator license also accepted); have a bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field from an accredited university or four or more years experience in long-term care at least 2 of which are working as an Executive Director.
