Counselor

Do to our increased business, we need a few more counselors to support our customers. Weight loss counselors work in a high volume call center environment providing professional services to motivate clients to stay with and succeed on the program. Counselors communicate with customers via the phone and email.

Full Time Positions Available!
4 Evenings and 1 Weekend shift REQUIRED

Qualification/Requirements:
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
Our in-depth training program will enable the successful candidates to strengthen their counseling skills, while enhancing their professional development in the areas of exercise, behavior modification, dietary and nutritional needs.

Essential Skills and Experience
Degree or senior college level experience required. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Some experience in counseling, human services, and/or healthcare field is preferred.
Computer proficiency a must.
