Global Fitness Holdings, LLC the largest Gold’s Gym franchisee in the world that ranks in the top 25 Fitness Holding Companies in North America, and Laurel Crown Capital, a Los Angeles private equity firm, proudly announced, on June 30, 2006, the recent closing of a significant growth capitol investment, to develop 50 more Gold’s Gyms in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee.

 

Global Fitness Holdings and Laurel Crown Capital currently have 27 Gold’s Gyms in development. All of the gyms will be greenfield facilities ranging in size from 45,000 to 60,000 square feet. These new Gyms will cater to the higher income residential areas throughout the various markets in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee.
