Main responsibilities include:Responsible for a $3.0 million dollar facility, 8-10 direct reports. Location is 7,000 square feet.  The four main skill areas are; 1) Driving revenue through sourcing, recruitment, hiring and training of staff and students 2) You must be the company ambassador to develop and cultivate rapport with local Salons, Schools, mall expos. 3) Understand and deliver the key standard practices. 4) Knowledge of the industry education and matriculation processes. Develop sales leads and convert to admissions. Motivate, develop and train staff. Maintain acceptable absenteeism and turnover ratios. Ensure Customers and Clients are treated according to company guidelines. Ensure store merchandise displays are kept to Best Standard levels. Oversee local marketing initiatives to help drive business into the store. Communicate strategies, plans, priorities and needed information to the team. Understand and participate in company vision and core values.

What the company needs from you.7-12 plus years in Cosmetology operations, training and sales environment. Multi-unit is a plus, preferably in a high volume Beauty or Salon fashion environment. P&L responsibility. Undergraduate degree or higher. PC skills to include MS Office Suite. Outgoing people oriented personality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to adhere to written procedures and must have an eye for detail in handling company reports. Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced retail environment.
