Branch Manager - Austin Texas

Job Description: G&K Services is seeking a dynamic, motivational Branch Manager with exceptional customer service standards for the Austin branch located in Buda, Texas.

As our Branch Manager, your focus will be on:
- Successfully managing service and operational aspects of a growing branch facility, including P&L accountability
- Hiring, training, motivating and developing an enthusiastic team
- Lead your route sales team to meet revenue goals while providing excellent customer service ensuring long-term customer retention
- Maximizing opportunities for process improvements while reducing operations costs and achieving revenue goals
- Partner with the outside sales team in securing new business opportunities

Branch Manager Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years' management experience with recruiting, interviewing and leading performance of 10-15 employees
- Customer service leadership with a successful track record of team leadership, goal achievement and customer solutions
- Ability to optimize profits of a multi-million dollar (annual revenues) branch location
- Ability to increase revenues organically
- Direct P&L accountability
