Visual Manager

Lands' End is a leading direct merchant of traditionally styled, classic casual wear and products for the home. We are currently searching for a Visual Manager. This position is located in Dodgeville, WI at our corporate headquarters.

The person in this position is responsible for creating a highly compelling visual presentation of Lands' End merchandise that will motivate customers and drive sales through multiple selling channels. This role is accountable for the visual interpretation of the design/merchandising vision each season as it relates to catalog creative and marketing presentations. A strong understanding of current market trends and innovative visual approaches are required to strengthen and elevate the look of the Lands' End brand.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

3-5 years in corporate position in visual merchandising.
Strong communication skills needed for written communication
Strong computer skills to support visual communication
Ability to drive and support key corporate merchandising strategies resulting in sales
Ability to train and develop field store teams to deliver strong retail visual execution
Drive and deliver key timelines
Clear understanding of apparel merchandising
Ability to drive and support Lands' End brand direction
Strong understanding of market trends
