Supply Manager

Qualifications
As a Supply Manager,you will be responsible for the coordination and aggregation of product/inventory needs including interaction with Lands' End Planners. Other responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of production schedules,processing of purchase orders,including communication to vendors,management and execution of seasonal contingency plans, partnering with the Sourcing team to ensure vendor on time performance, creation and interpretation of reporting and performance analysis and the management of risk inventory and fulfillment goals. Although the Supply Managers will still look to their Senior Supply Manager for guidance, they should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Previous relevant experience and/or completed the training phase of the Supply role and are ready to assume independent responsibilities.
A proficient understanding of production scheduling, purchasing, delivery/distribution management and related Sears and/or Lands' End systems is required.
An understanding of common inventory processes and procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using mainframe and PC based packages.
Strong organizational skills.
Effective negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and follow-up.
Basic Leadership skills.
